Sales Orders

The Sales Orders sub-module is intended primarily for catering environments, and arena environments that utilize sale orders for suites and catering order delivery.

Sales Orders facilitates the following activities:

  • Processing an order and printing an invoice in less time.

  • Bringing products into Sale Orders individually or by Package/Type/Class.

  • Pricing and re-pricing products in the sale orders.

  • Depleting all linked items as part of inventory management.

  • Interfaces with customer database.

  • Report generation for detailed inventory requirements, sales activity, accounting information, and product sales.

Users can perform the following functions in Sales Orders:

  • Creating sales orders

  • Viewing sales orders

  • Duplicating sales orders

  • Modifying sales orders

  • Printing sales orders

  • Finalizing sales orders

  • Invoicing sales orders

  • Depleting sales orders

  • Loading events

  • Adding media assignments

  • Viewing financial settings

  • Adding special instructions/memos

  • Viewing history

  • Viewing account summary

  • Using analysis

  • Using customer zoom

  • Viewing customer activity

Click Sales à Sales Orders. The Sales Orders page appears with the list of saved sales orders under the Sales Order List along with the following details:

The sales order number.

Customer

The sales order customer.

Status

The sales order status. Available status includes the following:

  • Definite

  • Tentative

  • Cancelled

  • Finalized

  • Depleted

  • Invoiced

Event Date

The sales order event date

Location

The sales order location.

Contact

The contact linked to the sales order customer.

Action

Allows users to modify a selected sales order using the Edit option. Only the sales orders that display the following status are open to modification:

  • Definite

  • Tentative
